In the American experience, reliance upon the laws of nature and of nature’s God was unequivocally asserted on July 4, 1776, in “A Declaration by the Representatives of the United States of America.” Historically, the Declaration and the Constitution are tied together. They are derived from the same theory of government which is based upon the laws of nature and of nature’s God. Without obedience to the principles espoused in the Declaration of independence, there can be no systematic adherence to either the execution of the office of President or the preservation of the Constitution.
Andy Hood Candidate Williams, Jr. is a Rabbi, abolitionist, and an advocate. He believes that our broken political system stands in the way of solutions, because our politicians stopped serving “We the People” a long time ago.
Born in Aurora, Illinois, he dropped out of high school and took up residency at the Illinois Department of Corrections. Determined to improve himself, Andy moved on to Lewis University where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies.
As an advocate, Andy has helped people across the nation with legal issues like housing, criminal cases, traffic citations, judicial and prosecutorial misconduct, and IRS issues. On July 1, 2021 Andy filed a claim against the United States and 30 states seeking an injunction against the practice of low-pay and unpaid prison labor and a judicial declaration that the exception for prison labor in the Thirteenth Amendment’s prohibition on slavery is unconstitutional.
On July 3, 2023, Andy Williams announced his campaign as an applicant for President of the United States of America running as an Independent with a message of unity, hope, representing the rights of the people, and restoring America back to Turtle Island.
