Vision for America

Governments are instituted among [People], deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed. “The basis of our political systems is the right of the people to make and to alter their constitutions of government.” George Washington. This is “the leading principle sheet anchor of American republicanism. Andy’s vision is to turn America back to a republic form of government where the rights of the people shall not be infringed. We declare our independence by creating a New Government. A government by the people; for the people; because “We Are the People”. The primary role of government is to protect the peoples rights, direct people to the resources and services needed, and offer correction to keep and ensure a civilized country.

Abolish Slavery

Modern day slavery is closer than you think. Slavery is defined as situations of exploitation that people cannot refuse or leave because of threats, violence, coercion, deception, and/or abuse of power. Modern slavery includes:
Taxes, Prison labor, Occupational licenses and fees, Policing and
Human Trafficking.

United in Faith

A respect for or belief in all religions. Ensure the Religious Freedom Restoration Act is being equally applied. All religions contain varying elements of a common truth, and we can unify under the Golden Rule.

Restore America

Restore America reclaims Turtle Island (“North America”) and gives back the land that was stolen through the doctrine of discovery to the Aboriginal and Indigenous people prior to the colonialization. Ensures the right to self-determination through self-representation shall not be infringed, deprived, or denied.

People Have the Power

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed, by their Creator, with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles, and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.

United in Peace

Implement the peace agreement founded by Stan “Tookie” Williams to end the gang wars and unite the street organizations across America.

The Right to Self Govern

Unalienable Rights

An endowment – a gift – from our Creator: natural rights result from “the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God.” These are natural rights given to people when they are born.

Indigenous Rights

Right to self-govern and be given back the land that was stolen through the doctrine of discovery.

Prisoner Rights

The rights of the current and formerly incarcerated to be free from oppression and infringement upon our rights.

Freedom of Religion

Everyone has a right to freedom of thought, conscience, and religion.
